A Message from our Founder Milly

As we enter new chapters I would like to acknowledge & deeply thank each & every one of our customers/friends/mentors/partners for the love & support you have showed us over this incredible 10years!

The Healthy Cocktail has been such a humbling experience, with some exciting twists & turns. It has been where I have poured my heart & my energy into for so long, surrendering & embracing every minute of the experience.

I sit here today as I now prepare my body to give birth to my first bubba (in human form) & as I enter Third Trimester it is now time to honour where I’m at on my journey & pour that same amount of love & energy back into myself. To give life is such a blessing, the time has come to honour my body & give back to myself.

This obviously means The Healthy Cocktail will be going through a season of huge change & transition.

From today we will no longer be producing our soul nourishing cleanse programs or juices. As the amount of energy that is poured into this is beyond measurable & beyond our physical capacity.

All good things at some point do come to an end, it feels bittersweet…

Moving forward our essence will still live on inside the Wellness Cafe at Carrington where you will find our soups, broths, tonics & specialty coffee’s + possibly me to say some goodbyes before I take a few months off to nourish & nurture myself/bubba.
